RE: headlight relays
Ecklers carries the headlight relay for about 14 bucks.
I'm having the same problem on my 89. It staarted with the left side. then the right.
Some days they both work fine. Eclers also carries a headloght accuator module.
You wouldn't happen to know what that does?

RE: headlight relays
Is the headlight free wheeling? Can you move it by hand? If so then the gear is messed up. If you can manually operate the headlight, then you have a power problem. I'll get back to you on relay location.

RE: headlight relays
the car is an 85 and i can turn the light by hand but like i said it makes an awful grindin noise like it did b4 i changed it thats why i think i spun another gear replaced w/ a new set of plastic gears from ecklers ,,, do you think i should use the brass or bronze ones next also i have a guy @ work makin me a new gear from some kinda heavy plastic they use so he'll make a pattern box and then all ill have to do after that for the small gear is pour the plastic in it and wait if the first 1 he makes works
