Default Just want stock power back

Hello,
Ive searched all through this forum and there is a ton of great advice but I cant find an answer to my question. Hopefully you guys can help. I have a 93 that Ive had for about 4 years now. When I bought it it had 16K miles on it and now it has about 65K. It doesnt have the power like before and my average gas mileage has dropped from 19.5 to 17.3. I always do the routine maintenance like regularly change oil and other fluids. Now Im about to do a tuneup hoping to get back close to original power. Im thinking Ill go with all stock AC delco replacement parts for plugs, plug wires, PCV valve and air filter. Ill also put some injector cleaner in the tank. Should this bring back original power? Is there anything else anyone would reccomend? Any and all advice will be appreciated.

Are you burning hi-test?

Low octane make the timing retard, and you lose power and mileage.

I would go NGK TR55 on plugs and change the fuel filter.
