I am at witts end, almost. Just bought a 1990 (C4?) It runs ok, but surges and dies sometimes at stoplights. But that is not the mind fragger-- it is WHERE is the dad blamed relay located that affects the inside lights (Not Dash) . I need to replace it and can hear it click when I push in door light button. I have taken firewall driver and passenger side carpets out, the radio and console out but alas!! Help!

#2 A/C. Dash controls work: Have jumped alternator to compressor and it comes on ice cold, but I get no fire from controls to compressor on what is supposed to be a hot wire. WHat now??????????

OH, the surging-- I had a coputer test from ' an expert" who stated there was nothing wrong with the injection system and have not found any vacuum line leaks. Sooooo!
