myinterior lamp delay relay
My C4 corvette has a internal lamp problem.
They wil not turn off.The dash does not show any
open doors.I think it is the time delay relay.I purched
one, but can't find it on the car Will someone help Me?

I'm assuming its an 84-89? I think the computer controls the delay after that year.
It should be under the passenger side kick panel. Since you have one you at least know what it looks like so that should make it easier!
Many times the door jam light switch needs a cleaning ora shim(washer behind it) despite any indicators.
A good way to check before buying a new one (for anyone else reading this) is to jump the wires in the harness with timer removed and see if the light goes off when doors are shut. They are the 2 white wires. There is one on the end of the plug and one second from the end.
