1.) Is this worth the $139.99 price.
2.) Can the throttle body flow booster work with a stock engine, ie. no current throttle body
modification.

Nope, its all snake oil. The best thing in that package is the K & N and that only works well with a cut lid. Then you may only see a 1-2 HP increase.

 

Man, that blows the "truth in advertising" thing all to Hell...

Hay RudeDog the reading I have done has bin on the LT1 I don't know what year you have but I think you should save your money. Lessvette is right on and even the KN filter is only good at high rpm.

Judging from the sounds I would say it's a waste.
