Cool pke memory

hey guy's ( and gal's)

I have a question that someone may have an answer to: I have a 94 coupe, my question is can you erase the pke memory? in order to program more that 3 key fobs? I have read in other forums, that if you dis-connect the neg. bat cable for 10-15 min's that this will clear the memory, fsm states that the key fob codes are stored in the ecm and will not clear by removing the neg bat cable. Your thoughs?

thanks

I can't recall where the PKE code is stored, doubt it's the ECM/PCM. Probably the PKE module or the CCM.

Anway disconnecting the battery will not remove the programmed codes. At least not in my 95.

I believe it's stored in the CCM and programed through the driver information center .
I have found at least two different ways to reprogram a key fob !
