95 coupe rides real rough going over cracks in road feels like going over speed bumps on rims steering wheel jerks back and forth almost out of control.

Welcome to the forum. IMO it could be multiple conditions here, just depends. Remember you're dealing with a 20+ year old car so things can wear or age out.


Things I'd check would be 1) shocks, 2) bushings 3) wheel/hub bearings for starters. After that would be your tie rods, ball joints and wheels/tires. After that would be things like your rack and pinion. Don't discount your rear end either as it can contribute to mishandling also.
