Default tires and rims

bought a 1995 vette last nite but rims are flaking chrome, rims are 17 inch, found a guy with same rims for sale from his 92 vette, his tire size are lil different, but still 17' like mine can I put my tires on these, some one educate me on this thanks very much

The two things to check are the Height (17") which is fine, and the width (Usually 9.5" I think) If those are the same then yes you can put your tires on those rims and it will fit like a glove.

trooper thanks,he might have 315/40 and mine migh be 285/40, but if mine mesure 17; by 9 1/2 and so do his then tire size wont matter correct,, thanks alot,

trooper found out my back rims are 17 X11 and front 17 X 9.5

Ok, just make sure his rims are the same and your fine.

trooper i ordered new ZR1 rims last night , I ordered all the same size, all four will be 17 X 9.5 I was told my 285 back and 255 front will fit on these

found a great supplier for corvette parts send me your email ill send you the link, what do you think i paid??

tnroadrunr@comcast.net I would say if you paid under $1,000 dollars you stole them......

oh yea and if your talking about "Ecklers" or the "Corvette Guys" I found them already, have ordered several small parts from them.
