Has anyone here done the transmission swap available from Tremec? I see it comes as a kit with whatever is necessary to do the swap for the old Doug Nash 4x3. My 87's 4x3 is popping out of gear and overdrive doesn't work so...

 

Welcome to the forum. I don't have any personal knowledge but I remember reading back in the day that it was a good swap. Not sure how hard it would be but I had a friend with a '73 that replaced his clutch in the apartment complex parking lot with snow on the ground.
