I just bought a 91 corvette and the passenger window starts to roll down, but then stops, i dont hear any noises or anything, what could it be?

 

Welcome from Idaho. What I would do is take the door panel off and remove the covers over the window regulator. that will allow you to watch the window travel up and down. Binding in lower positions seems to be common with these regulators. Could be an easy fix or replacing the complete regulator. I use YouTube a lot when I can't figure out how something comes apart. should be an easy fix.
