Hi,

I am looking into upgrading the base sway bars and end links on my 2000 to C5-Z06 sway bars. I also see that the C6 sway bars are interchangable, I am wondering how the C5-Z06 and C6-Z51 bars compare as they are close in size. Any pros and cons between the 2? Has anybody run both set ups on their Vettes?

One thing you need to keep in mind is when playing w/ sway bars, you can have a large effect on the handling balance of the car.

 

my 2000 vert came with base suspension. I bolted up a pair from a 2002 Z06 bars and lowered the car on stock bolts. Best mod I have done since brand new and I have done a lot. Car now entering it’s 20th summer. Still smiling.
