Having an issue with a fuel tank leak ( left side ) on a 2004 C5. I know this was a problem on some 2004's. I would like to replace this tank with a new one but I found that GM has discontinued this part. My question is will the C6 or any other tank work in a C5. Appreciate any info.

 

Welcome to the forum. Have you checked with the aftermarket Corvette suppliers? You could also check with Contemporary Corvettes which is a Corvette salvage yard.

 

I have been checking around and have seen a couple of used tanks- my concern is that I'll have another crack in a short time- didn't see any aftermarket but still looking
