Hey just having a bit of a problem with my 99 HVAC....yes it's blowing out the bottom vents all the time. I read in another post that it may have something to do with the left actuator...where is it located? I reset the HVac codes but still not right and the service tech guys said it was the actuators but I would rather fix them my self. HELP!
