Dash Vents Not Blowing Air

Dash Vents Not Blowing Air
I just had my Water Pump replaced and Distributor replaced. When i got the car back the Dash Vents would not blow out any air. I found a vacuum leak under the fuel rail where 3 vacuum lines come together was the problem
