Just the black part down by the exhaust not the tail lights

 

seen something similar to it at Ecklers, but not quite the same.

 

I may be way off on this but it looks to me like a standard factory piece from a black C5. Looks an awful lot like my tail section....not sure though...just trying to make sense of it.

 

I have to agree with you. The more I look at it, the more it looks like a factory piece molded in place of his original. Also note the name on the plate GS CREATIONS. Looks pretty good, but now i don't believe it's from a kit, moreso just a "Mod" they did to it

Yea, looking at the rear of my 98, thats exactly where the rear panel is molded... pretty sure it's been painted
