Just went with a Invisible Mask, will get it next week, I like was they give you a choice of of the thickness, I am of those guys that look at every make model, and talk to everyone, did both the bumper kit as will as the hood & fenders, lights. The Scotchgard Pro +10.

Well I just finished putting one phase 1,2,3,4 of the InvisibleMask, which covered the hood kit, its not that hard, just have to take your time, don't push hard on your squeeze, or you'll wrinkle it. Use lots of solution work small areas out to the edge. You can peel it back and rework one end after you've tacked the other. Watch out for pet hair! And on the big spices have a second pair of hands. I did the hood kit first, flat areas, the mirrors took time the curve. I'll that it set over night and do the bumper tommorw. Will update.

Well the mask work second day was the hardest, being a per-owned the past owner had touched up alot of the rock chips in the nose area below the headlights, this made it very hard to get all the water/soap/alcohol out, I had stripped it of all the wax to get a good bond, not so sure that was the right thing to do, it showed all the pits and the film made it worse, I had picked up a syringe with a fine needle to suck out the small pockets which helped allot, over all petty satisfied. Having never done it before, 90% layed out very nice and now the car is set, feel better about driving it early do do all the gravel we use on our roads in the winter.

After a few days of warm weather mid 50's, it layed down very nice, happy with the product and quality, and results, would recommended InvisibleMask but get the thicker Pro series.

Can you post some pics? Planning to use 3m but sounds like InvisibleMask is a good option also, though curious if it is unnoticeable.
