Im searching for a reasonable shock replacement and upgrade for my 02 C5, I read somewhere that the C6 Z06 shocks will directly fit the C5, (supposedly GM's best kept secret ) any truth to this ?? any other suggestions I can mull over ??

It looks as if the shocks interchange from 97 to 13, If you don't have the ride control it should be an easy swap. Don't know anyone that has done this but it should work.
