Hey long time lurker here. I have searched for this online and have not found the answer.

Some C5 Vettes have the small molding down the side (center) of the door, my 2001 does not. Was this only on early C5 years? Dumb question but not knowing bugs me.

The knowledge on this forum is second to none, you guys have made my shop time with the Vette much easier.

Drinker is correct. I bought my 01 new and it had the "body side mouldings" from the factory. Some like them and some don't. I kinda like them.

 

Right about option. I personally preferred without so I looked at only no trim cars before buying mine.Just personal preference .
