Have an 84 Corvette that I just backed from the garage and it died while idling in driveway, started rougher then normal and was idling rough for a minute when it died.

heres my questions

How do I pull trouble codes on the car and how do I determine what they mean ie is there a link that can help me determine what each number means.

Also I seem to be getting fuel but have not yet checked for spark is there anything that is a common culprit for this behaivior.

Car has ran reliable up till this moment...

 

ok have checked it further and I have plenty of spark, even changed all the plugs.

bought an h key and pulled the codes nothing just 12 which is normal

any ideas..

Im starting to wonder if Im getting fuel, the only thing I can think is that the filter may be plugged

Check fuel pressure, if this a cross fire injection or a tuned port, should be a test port either at the throttle body or on the fuel rail. Looks like a place you put air in.
