HAHA...sounds like my situation, but for different reasons. I live in California's Central Valley where temps stay in the 100+ degree range. Top stays on summer and winter for me...and comes off spring and fall. The exception is when I go to a different part of california!

I live in the Midwest. I park my vette around thanksgiving. The cover comes off sometime in late March or April. I don't like the salt and other stuff that they put on the roads to get into the underside of the car. Also, traction can be a challenge when the roads get really cold.

I had a high powered Camaro years ago when I lived in Mass. Nothing was more frustrating than to try and drive that thing in the snow. The 3:73 rear end just about made it imposible to do anything but spin. I wound up leaving it in the garage and using my truck.

Well, at least you are in the right state.
Were you with the USMC during your time in Oceanside? I live in Point Loma and we all do feel blessed. At least you are within driving distance.
Take care. Stay safe.

I live in Florida and don't take it out in the rain It would never know what snow is if I lived in it.
