Default Driving Lights Replacement

Just purchased a 2002 Blk Conv. for my wife. Noticed that the driver side daytime driving light is out. How can a person change that bulb w/o taking it into a dealer and having them charge an arm and a leg to do it.

Thanks

Yea, no need to take it to the dealer. it's easy enough to do yourself.
I just changed both of mine, and while your at it change the side markers too.

Do it from underneath, take the plastic cover off for easy access to that area. You'll have to reach up there and feel around a bit but once you find the socket, push in the tab and give it a 1/4 turn or so and it will pop right out. Don't forget to push in this tab however, you don't want to put much force on it.
The side marker light is much easier to get to.
Initially I used a mirror to get a better look inside there, you may want to try that to see where that socket is.
The dealer wanted $80.00 to replace mine.

I agree, change it yourself. I came in from the top when I changed mine. Just take off the head lamp assembly. It looks scary but nothing to it just need a set of hex style tools. If you don't have a set now is a good time to buy em and their pretty cheap.
