quick question, my headlights work on automatic, but they wont come up when turned on manually, the lights come on just wont raise, any ideas. Thanks

 

I had the same issue with my 98, along with a few other glitches. After spending a day with a multi meter I found that my negitive battery cable was not making a solid conection. The cable was bolted down tight but just not making a good contact. Once I fix that all of my little power related issues stopped. Hope this helps.............
