Im pretty sure it was Nebraska... but thats thelast time I go that fast, it has plenty of power to go, but not a willing chassis in my opinion anyway just felt a little unsteady to be truthfull with you guys but other than that I go right up to the 140's all of the time on the track.

Just before I deployed to Iraq and a couple of weeks after I bought my current Vette. Had a Supra that wanted to cut me off on the freeway, so I tapped the gas and went from 70 to 103 in what seemed like a milisecond.

146 on somewhat bumpy road in S. FLA. Still had more to go but was approaching traffic. Next time hope to video it.

 

I have taken my 02 convertible about 162 mph before I had to slow down due to a quickly arriving overpass. For the most part it rode like a caddy but with a few vibrations.

 

You guys are insane. I've gone 105 a couple of times - too scared to go any faster. Can't way where I was because I don't want to get caught next time!

 

I have set my cruise that high...now put your purse down.

 

Yeah, you're right. I don't have any cajones when it comes to going that fast. If something happens, there will be nothing left... I still think you guys are insane.
