Only about 135 or so on an unnamed highway on the Left Coast. Just stepped on the gas and let the auto run through its gears. Pulled strongly. Wish the window seal on the driver's side sealed better at high speed but otherwise you can tell the car is bred for speed!, it's actually almost serene at triple digits.

Icant belive you guys dont open your cars up . i get 125almost every tripout of the drive. only takes 15 seconds and 10 to slow down.165mph monthly. car is still climbing at 165 but slowly. think it would peak 175 but i run out of road.You guys are driving vettes act like it.

 

Oh come on! Driving 165 is not really any different in my book than topping it out at 175: either speed isreally bone-headed if one looks at it rationally. If it matters and we're showing off, though, I recently pegged the speedo briefly in mine (and it was still pulling, about like a stock C5 does at 150). Regardless, whether someone has only reached 125 or gone 165 or done 205 doesn't really determine if they are committed or enjoying their car any more than I am (basically,going only 125 justmeans they're a bit saner, I suppose) .

150 mph on US93 north of Boston last November just before I put her away for the winter got a ticket on the way back clocked atonly 98mph but it was worth the $200.00 it cost me.
