Default HVAC VACUUM SUPPLY LINE WHERE IS IT?

AC delivery not working. No vacuum to purple line under passanger dash where it goes to the vacuum switch.
Removed battery and found both Supply vacuum line from manifold to vacuum check valve and delivery line to under dash at purple line MELTED by battery acid.

Spliced line from check valve to under dash purple line.

Line going to mainifold broke off as I was tracing it. Melted too.

Stripped back where it came out of wiring harness.

3 possible cables.

One goes toward front of the car.
One goes to the rear of the car
One goes sideways toward the engine

I CANNOT FIND the broken off line coming from the mainifodvacuum supply.

WHERE IS IT?

Must be one of the three wiring harness cables but I cant see it.

Where does it pick up engine manifold vacuum.

If I can't find it where can I run a new hose to to get the source manifold vacuum.

Where did chevrolet go to get vacuum?

Hopefully someone with a near-stock one can check. I recall it was right off the rear, driver's side of the throttle body, or do I have it completely wrong? Only had the stock intake for about six weeks, four years ago.

THE SUN MUST HAVE MELTED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After going back to the car later when the sun wasn't shining directly on the wiring harness I looked
again ONE WIRE AT A TIME and found the small hard black 1/4" vacuum hose in the MIDDLE wiring harness
going toward the engine.

Spliced the line and VOLIA.... All the air comes out of the right outlets.

Put entire thing back.

Next day remembered I put the condensate drain hose up and out of the way to search for the vacuum hoses.
An hour later and some skinned fingers and arms got everything back to shape.

Also the pop rivets on the battery plastic base POPPED. When it RAINS
it POURS

Now im going to look for the PCV valve.
