Default Interior Dash Spray?

I've got an -04 Coupe. Around the shifter (6-speed), where the pilot's right leg rests, there is a bit of wear on the "skin" that seals the dash and console housing. This is the only blemish on the car. ISN'T there something that can be done to re-seal the protective skin and make the surface clean again and blemish-free? I'm thinking some sort of spray on rubberized finish spray, with matching color code to blend in with what I have.

Short of this, is there some sort of 'pad' I could buy to both cover this blemish up and to rest my leg against? Thanks to all for ideas. Like I said, the only blemish on the entire car!

D327 is right. Ecklers has a number of different dyes for leather restoration, so they must have some material for vinyls and plastics. Go on-line and request a C5 catalog and they'll mail it to you for free.
