We were guests of the Temecula Valley Corvette Club. The car show organizers had a section just for vettes and these guys were nice enough to reserve a few spots for us to park. Below are other vettes that were at the show.

This time of year, the intergallactic storms begin to occur. I'm puttin' the "Starship" into port for repairs, and upgrades. The Gull Wing stye of doors, on the blue Vette, are what I would like to put on the "Starship"!!! Great pics, Dude!

Excellent Commander!......Don't forget to tune the positronic matrix so you don't risk a warp core breach!!!

Hey Pedro,
I still say your car looks Fantastic. You have done a very good job to keep your daily driver looking so good! Thanks for posting the other pics. I'm so bummed I did not know about the show, My sister lives In Temecula and I'm always visting. We were there Fri the day before the auto show. We made a little donation to the Pachanga Res. Casino LOL

Pecemkr,

I give you major points for having a black daily driver. I know I couldn't do it. I think your black beauty fit in just fine. And your mechanic's custom, is the base color Nassau Blue? Very nice. How does he like the Countach doors? Your photography again looks great.

I once entered my 68 in a local (Mira Mesa) car show. It was a great experience, but one I probably won't do again. My daily driver's missing paint chip-finish just couldn't compete with all those "Garage Queens". My 01 is the in the same boat - many mountain runs that send paint chips flying.....
Dave.....there were so many "Garage Queens" there you wouldn't believe it!.......My simple vette is a daily driver!.......Of course, the other cars were absolutely incredible.......would you like to see the other pics?
Yes, please post them! I need to get out more often. In the meantime, pics will suffice!

Hey you can't win them all and no matter how out of its league you think your car is there is always somebody who really shouldn't be there.
Thanks Pay!......I felt self-conscious but......like you said, I wasn't the only ugly duckling there!
Oh believe me your car is not an ugly duckling by any standards...Those people just didn't know how to appreciate a car that didn't have flames or lambo doors

Commander C3, please ensure you have the firmware upgrade in place before attempting to lock into warp! I have heard horror stories from those who have tried to engage the drive while using the original unit as shipped from MatrixSoft. You don't want to wake up one day and find yourself on Zeta 13. They only have 87 octane pump gas there.
