The Vette I picked up the parking brake does not work, any quick checks, of course can not see anything!! Like a fool one thing I overlooked when checking out car..

 

I believe I heard that you can back the car up fairly slowly and pull up on your parking brake - also slowly until the car stopsand it should adjust the tension. May have to do this more than once to get the correct tension in the handle.
