shocks/struts
I'm fairly certain that the rear would not subtitute. The front might, but if they do it would be because the structs and shocks were not changed substantially from the C5 to the C6 and there would be little to gain.
You will gain more going with aftermarket struts and shocksmade to upgrade the C5 than trying to do any "parts bin" engineering among GM lines or generations: GM can do that, but no one else has the engineering HP to make it work well.

Hey Lee, Welcome back. When did you come back. Great to see you on the boards again. How have you been? Any new rides to tell us about? Pictures? Cheers
Edit: Looks like I'm about 20 days late
Oh well! Welcome back any way.

You probably found and read my earlier post.
And yeah,I have a new car, actually two since I left last year: a Lincoln MKZ just as a knockin around car, and an Aston Margin Vantage arguably (and not many argue) the most beautiful car in the world with the lightweight carbon fiber chassis and an upgraded 435 HP engine.
