Default SUNVISOR POSTION

THOSE OF YOU WITH CONVERTIBLES: When driving with the top down do you push your visors forward towards the windshield or flip them up.

I like to push them forward, but my passenger side won't stay in position---it falls back down. I do not have a CD sleeve or anything else attached to it.

I've had two new replacements and two new clips---same problem!

Can anyone offer a solution? Does anyone else have this problem?

Mike

Well Mike,

I don't have a convertible. I have a targa top on my C5. When I take the top off I always flip the visors up towards the sky. That's what I've seen them do in the magazines

My problem is that with time the cloth material surrounding the visor has begun to come loose so therefore the vanity mirrors have also begun to sag. [&o]

Do you have a Corvette specialist in your area? Sounds like something a Corvette specialist would know how to solve. Good luck with that.

When I had my 68 vert, I would always flip them up. This gives a bit more shade for your head and I never had a problem with their getting loose.
