Hey all...just getting some input on this car I found....I got a 97 A4 last Sept...this is before I got into the racing thing....and now that I've had some time on the track...I think I would enjoy a 6 speed more. After what has been said in here and a couple places I called....it wouldn't be worth the cost or trouble to swap the tranny in my car...so I'm thinking of selling mine and getting something else. I think I would like an 2001 Z06...I'm thinking because that being the first year of the 385 hp LS6....the LS6 having some advantages over the LS1...and it will be about the most economical way to get into a Z06...versus the 405 hp 2002's. I would like to do some mods to it...but I'm not sure if it is a good idea to get a car this heavily modified off the bat.....what is a good price for it? Just looking for input on this. The dealer, I know would screw me on a trade...they qouted me $20,000 to 21,000 for mine...a 97 A4 with 15,000 miles.

That is definitely one sweet looking car, and the fact that all the work was done at Lingenfelter is another BIG plus cause you know the work was done right.
