I'm just curious, anyone have a guess what the original sticker on my car would have been? 99 C5 removable roof coupe. 6 speed, every option except it has the in-dash cassette instead of CD. it also has the standard painted roof instead of the glass one. I'm not sure which was the option.

Well, my C5 was $51.5K out the door with tax, license, etc, so I'll bet yours was a couple of thousand less. Torch reds and whites were selling for under MSRP during that time, but some of the hotter-color cars were fetching more than MSRP.

 

Here's what I paid for mine which has the A4 tranny, as I recall, the six speed was around $900 more..
