Default Wheel repair?

The chrome 5 spoke wheels on my C5 have pitting on them in almost all corners of the spokes. My wheels are in otherwise excellent condition. Being that the rest of the wheel looks so good, these pitted spots really bug me. It's on all 4. It appears as if the clear coat has come off? Is there any way I can fix this or blend it in better? I was going to ceramic coat my car and do the wheels too but I'd rather fix this first before I put some sort of sealant on them.

You will probably have to take it to a place that specializes in wheel repair. They will probably strip the wheel, repair the pitting, and then recoat it and it will look like factory original again. It probably helps if you live near a large metropolitan area also.
