2) briefly what do i have to do to install the long tube type headers. done it tons of times on old camaros.
do i have to remove motor mounts bolts and lift the motor up?
3) how do i remove briefly the rear air ducts to cool the rear brakes . I want to remove it to paint a rocker panel?

I would not trust anything but a reprogramming done with LS1 edit or equivalent with the car on a dyno for testing

No, you don't have to move the engine or anything. You really do have to have the car on a lift to get under it well, and in fact a lift where you can move it up and down to get under and then over it really helps.

I don't recall. You might think about just masking the things well and then painting-- I recall when I had the rear wheel wells tubbed they were nasty to get out and in again.
