I ordered my 2006 cpe last week. Victory red ext.(duh), red int., 6-speed manual, 2Lt option group, polished wheels, both tops, and last but not least the Z51 pkg. Unfortunataley it cant be put on a build sheet until the Z51 restraint is lifted. ANGER[:@] But at least I know I should have my Vette in my driveway before Christmas. JOY I'll post pics.
MY local chevy rep didn't want to do business so I ordered mine out-of -state. Go figure. Cant wait to do a drive by thier lot.

 

theres nothing worst than having to wait for such a car, I would be going crazy. Atleast it will be a nice christmas gift to yourself.

 

Maybe you'll see a few mods under the tree? Congratulations!

 

Strange, isn't it, how some dealerships can be so pig-headed. And they lose the sales. I'm luck to have a pretty good performance oriented one near my (Hendricks - they own a lot of dealerships and run a Nascar team).

Sounds like a great car. Hope you get the z51 sometime soon.
