Appriximately right, but you have to allow for the normal leakage current in the battery, etc. My experience mirrors that of several owners -- go two weeks and it probably won't start, more than one week and its iffy. Particularly in cold weather it just won't, after more than a week. That is why the battery tender is such a good idea.
