push any button on control panel and air only comes out of defrost and floor. all lights work on hvac control panel. the flap that moves to divert air is not moving. it did this for about 3 weeks then fixed itself. now it went back to not working for about a month or two. plenty of starts in those 2 months

 

Welcome to the forum. Since you said it worked after a short period of not working then I would suspect that it could be a loose connection in the wiring someplace.
