panel fit
parked my 2019 in front of buddy"s house right side of street slightly sloped the panel in the corner next to front and hood opening raised up. later in my garage on flat floor returned to normal maybe a very slight raise. my question is there flex in the design

I find that punctuation helps. A picture also.
The frame is very stiff so if you are getting body displacement, then I'd put it on a hoist and check for frame damage or loose body mount.
