hi. my 88 vette dash lights r flickering all the time. it dosnt matter wether im stopped or driving. has anyone had this prob before and can give advice on fixing . the speedo, tacho. plus all gauges. on and off. also from if u r doing any speed the speedo and tacho will jump up or down in speed and revs. this does not effect the performance of the car at all.
