My Hood latch cable has broken on the right side. When I pull the hood release handle the left side will open, but not the right. Is there a way to manually open the right side.

 

Hi 1965 corvette owner, welcometo the forum. On myC-3 there is a cable that runs from the left to the right side, Not sure if the C-2 is the same but if you can lift one side enough to pull that cable towards the back of the car that might do it. Hope that helps, PG.
