OK that's weird. They are two separate systems. The heater vents work on vacuum, check for vacuum leaks. (at the switch and engine area) No blown fuses sounds like a ground issue or a power separation problem somewhere, check your dome light for power, it should have power at all times. If the dome light has power then it has to be a ground issue. or if your dome lights have a timer it could be that also. Courtesy lights have two grounds one at each door and one on the headlight switch. If you have a courtesy light timer that could be the issue too. I'm not sure where it's located, (fuse box or consul). I'm not sure what the timer controls the ground or hot line, I would need to research that. Hope this gives you some ideas, Wouldn't it be funny if the courtesy lights and heater were related...
