Hi
I'm new to this and am hoping I can get some help.
I drive a street stock circle track camaro at the local track and have been told I can run a aluminum water pump if it came stock on a chevy. I'm thinking a Corvette may have come with one at some time. I need to show something to our tech inspector to prove this, if this is the case. Thank you for your assistance.

I just went to "GM Performance Parts" did a search for aluminum water pump and came up with 2 part numbers. 14011012 for the short pump znd 12495826 for the long one. I would think if there's a Part number,they must be installed on an engine somewhere?
