I purchased my first vette (1995) a few months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it. In trying to learn more about the car, I have run across the terms, Engine Code "J" and Engine Code "P", LT1, LT4, LT5 engines. I have searched my manual and it doesn't designate what type of engine I have. Can someone tell me what these engine codes means so that I'll be more knowledgable of what I have?
