Default crappy quarter miles time

Ok so i went out to SIR yesterday and had a pretty crappy quarter mile time. I ran a 12.150 @ 118.03.
My mods are as follow: 2006 c6 corvette A6, Z06 wide body, z06 brakes and rims, 6.6L Ls2 stroker, yank 3600 converter, 234/242 586.592 112LSA cam,EWP, trickflow 225 cncd heads, k&n intake,90 to 102mm tb spacer, fast 102 ported, ported stock tb, billy boat headers+mid pipe+exhaust, nitto nt05r 345x19 drag radials, powerbond 25% UD pulley 11:1 comp ratio. car made 472 Hp and 484 Tq and a mustang dyno @ EStuned in tucson.

Before this setup last year i had 442HP and 422TQ minus the yank 3600,Ewp, stroker motor, drag radials, 25% ud pulley and a smaller 222/224 112lsa 566/568 lift, and had a best of 12.3 @ 120mph. So really on a gain of only 0.15 in et and a lost of 1mph for adding all of these upgrades? Shouldn't the 30hp increase and 62 ft lbs of TQ have picked up at least 3-4 tenths? And why didn't the 3600 converter and drag radials didn't do crap? My 60 ft times did increase from 2.180 to 1.829 and 1/8 from 8.2 @ 90 to 7.8 @ 90mph but the quarter mile time did not change much but .15 and i lost 1 mph. It doesnt make sense? also when i look at drag times DA corrector it says 11.5 @ 124 in 0 DA but drag times wheather records don't match the time slips info.

drag times info says 5372 elevation,77.2 heat,29.81 baro pressure, humidity 71%. The track time slip says 73.0 temp, 78% humidty, and absolute baro is 27.46 which equals out to 7866 in elevation. So which is more accurate?
