Help- metal tag

Default Help- metal tag
I have 74 corvette. Inside drivers door is a round metal tag, with number 41454. What does it mean???

Just checked mine and no round metal tag. Is it on the door or the body hinge pillar or the rear lock pillar?

Mine has a rectangular metal tag on the hinge post with the trim and paint codes.
