How to remove rivets on underside of intake heat shield and reinstall ? Need to make repair.

Any time I have had to remove them I use a very small chisel, just gently tap at the base of the head until it loosens. Then a small screwdriver to gently pry then up. It doesn't usually take much effort. Then afterwards just gently tap them back in.
