Default rear wheel speed sensors 93 coupe

Hey Guysid anyone ever get the feeling that your 15 year old fiberglass car can start to resemble another item of fiberglass (boat) where it seems like you just keep throwing money at it ? I think i'm just around the corner on that one ! I have a "driver",just a little south of 265K miles, I'm replacing the rear wheel speed sensors. According to the "OFFICIAL GM SERVICE MANUAL", a sealer, or anti-corrosion coating is to be applied to the sensors prior to installation. Any idea what sealer would be OK to use ? I use WD-40 on most everything that winds up in thegarage. But I'm not sure if the film of WD-40 will last. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Larry

Larry... First congrats on the 265k miles. It would be a ant-seize compound they are calling for. I have noticed in the last couple of years GM has bin applying this to there new elect. censers so maybe if you are luckythey will have it on them. Any automotive store will sell it if not. Larry I dont think WD-40 will do the job.
Good Luck
