My car has been parked for 2 days because of the damn snow in crappy colorado. I moved it and in the front right on the driveway there is a leak spot about 1ft by 1ft. Its a clear kinda oily substance. Anyone have any clue what this could be?

 

Clear and kinda oily? Brake fluid?
Oil=brown
water=green or pink, depending on type of anti-freeze
trans=red
power steering=brown or red
brake=clear-ish
They all have their own distictive smell too.
Check all your levels.

 

Could be brake fluid, I wouldn't expect it to be so big though.
What about a leaky shock?

 

Could also be a brake caliper or brake hose. like c3 said check your fluids or check around that area you should be able to track it down.

 

Are you sure its from your car? Front right has a/c parts in that area...maybe compressor oil???

 

Thanks for all the feedback guys! I will get under there and look as soon as the weather warms up a bit. If it ends up being something with the ac then thats fine. I don't use it anyway because of the supercharger.
