hint,
There is a site called "layitlow." http://www.layitlow.com It's a big lowrider site and lots of guys who dance these cars wrap the frames (completely reinforce) so they can stand the beating. If anyone knows about "frame identification," they will. There are alot of silly kids who frequent the site, but there are also MANY really good craftsmen who do some great fabrication work. Go to the "Hydraulics" section (click on "hydraulics") when the home page opens. Either look through and find a guy who seems to be knowledgable with frames from reading posts, as you'll find quite afew topics having to do with "frame wrapping," or just post a topic in the "hydraulics" section and ask your question. When you post a question, you usually get replies very quickly. Also, Chevrolets and GM cars in general are big on that site, so you should get any and all the info you need. While you're there, you should look at some of the trunks of those cars, and the cars overall. If you're not up on lowriders, they'll amaze you, as there's alot more to it than what alot of people think. Good luck in your number search.
