84 C4 now in New Zealand
The pristine '84 C4 I bought in PA arrived in New Zealand over a month ago and passed registration inspection without a problem. It then was selected to go on display at an upmarket classic car museum until April 2007 in Nelson. Hope to include a photo of "Rollin' Thunder" at the museum on display with this post.

RE: 84 C4 now in New Zealand
Well, I was in Pennsylvania on a working holiday and found this car (by letting people know what I was looking for; the dealer called me just as soon as he took it in and I bought it immediately). I took 90 digital photos top to bottom, inside and out, over and under (on a lift) for insurance
purposes to make sure it arrived in New Zealand as shipped. I sent the photos to the LA and NZ shipping agents as a precaution so they'd
handle things properly. I knew I was moving to Nelson from Picton after returning and had no garaging for the car, so I took a punt and emailed
the photos to the museum director while in PA, asking if he'd be interested to exhibiting the car. He was impressed by the photos and was
setting up an exhibit called "Fabulous Fins and Muscle Cars" to replace the exhibit of British cars. The timing was good. I end up with free
storage until I can sort things out, get to use the car to go to the A1GP races for a week in mid-January (it's summer here), take it out for a run once a month, and they
detailedit before putting it on display! They have a full restoration facility at the museum and know what they're doing. It's owned by a
local enthusiast who made his bucks in commerical fishing and has a huge warehouse filled with classics, including a 1969 big-block convertible.
